ABOUT PAPER CUTTER UNIVERSITY
Paper Cutter University has been created by Kyle Jackson.
Kyle Jackson is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with 18 years experience, and an instructor at Clockwork BJJ in NYC.
Kyle began training in 2002 in Maine. Kyle has competed at every belt level, winning multiple IBJJF tournaments.

Before teaching fulltime, he worked in Tech Startup Operations and Investment for 12 years. This experience in learning, iterating, and creating systems led him to create this new approach of learning a move that everyone has seen, but few have mastered - The Paper Cutter Choke.
